Services

Your bookkeeping, clearly defined.

From founding your business to the annual accounts: here is what I handle myself, what runs together with authorised partners, and what I deliberately do not offer.

Ongoing bookkeeping

Cash-basis records or double-entry bookkeeping – monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the package. I record your usual document types: purchase and sales invoices, cash, bank, payroll and credit card.

VAT advance returns (UVA)

The report of the difference between your output and input VAT to the tax office, filed on time and in the interval required for your business. I prepare and file these myself.

Payroll

Monthly payslips per employee, registrations and deregistrations with social insurance, and ongoing coordination with the authorities within my authorisation.

Annual accounts

Cash-basis annual records or statutory annual financial statements, including the fixed-asset register. Annual tax returns are filed together with my authorised partners.

Start-up support

Tax setup with tax number, VAT ID and FinanzOnline access, commercial registration, company register entry where needed, templates for your records and a fundamentals webinar.

Finance consulting

Understanding your numbers instead of just filing them: what your result means, where costs arise, and what options exist within the permitted scope.

Cross-border accounting

Austria with Romania, Germany, Slovakia and Switzerland to the extent permitted. I keep the books and prepare the returns; local partners handle filing.

More

Contact with authorities

Submissions to the tax office, for example reducing advance payments, and submissions to the social insurance institution for the self-employed. You receive a power of attorney from me at the start.

Clear boundaries

What I do not offer.

  • •Dunning and debt collection
  • •Payment transactions
  • •Cash book keeping
  • •Cash register systems
  • •Stocktaking

With authorised partners

Where a partner joins in.

Annual tax returns, tax advisory questions and anything beyond my professional authorisation are handled together with authorised partners – among them Dr Peter Feith (Epsilon Treuhand) as auditor and tax adviser. Fees for filings explicitly included in my packages are covered by the package price. Additional legal or tax advice is charged separately and always quoted in advance.

Accounting or tax advice?
Scope: I provide bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and consulting services within my applicable professional authorisations. Where annual tax returns, cross-border tax advice, representation before authorities or other activities go beyond this, I work with my appropriately authorised partners. This way I make sure you get everything from a single source and are always well covered.

Shall we work together?
